Are your ceramics food safe? dishwasher safe? microwaveable?

Items intended for use as functional dinnerware are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwavable. Hand washing is inherently more gentle and likely to reduce wear. Ceramics contain materials that increase the absorption of microwave energy, so take caution when microwaving them as they often heat faster than other items in the microwave. For the avoidance of doubt, all product pages specify if an item is not food safe.
How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Shipping times will vary depending on order destination and courier. Feel free to email info@loganforms.com if you have questions about your order.
Can I pick up my order in place of shipping?

Of course! Order pickups are a lovely way to get your pieces to you quickly and more sustainably if you're local to London. At checkout, select "Pickup" and we will coordinate details for how to collect your order.

What's your return policy?

As a small business with predominantly bespoke & handmade items, we are unable to support returns, so all purchases are final sale. If you experience issues with your order, you can always reach out to info@loganforms.com for assistance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We totally understand how disappointing it can be to open a box only to find broken items and we share in that heartbreak any time it happens. While we take lots of care packaging our items for maximum protection, things happen-- especially on longer journeys through the postal system. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please reach out to us via email at info@loganforms.com with details/photos of how it arrived and we will work to refund your order. Including photos helps us understand how it might've broken so we can learn for future packages!

Can I order something custom?

Making ceramics is a long and intentional process that is made even sweeter when personalized. It also can be an unpredictable process that requries testing and iterating to get everything just right. We love collaborating on custom commissions but have limited capacity given the trial and error, bespoke designs, and length of the process. Please get in touch using the commissions form to inquire about a custom order!
